We provide a series of conditioning, fitness, running and weight loss classes for men and women. We always create a friendly and stress-free environment to train or exercise in. Structured and systematic training plans are tailored to every individual's needs, even for our group programmes.
• Customized Group Run Training
Our Run Tall. Run Strong.™ training System provides men and women with proper guidance to train in a friendly and stress free environment. We believe that it is possible to complete a running distance like a marathon with just three quality run training sessions a week.
Our Training System™ offers 7-days a week of sessions which takes you through a series of drills, speed work, distance runs, functional and recovery exercises to improve and enhance your running form, speed and stamina.
Our Term I 2012 starts from 2nd January to 22nd April (16 weeks). Come join us now!
• Customized Group Strength and Conditioning
Our customized strength and conditioning sessions complement our various Training Systems as we focus on the dynamic and functional conditioning of specific muscles and body systems to promote flexibility, muscle tone, strength and power that are sport-specific.
• Weight Loss and Tone
Our individualized and group programme caters to individuals who constantly struggle to lose extra pounds and tone their body muscles. Our customized weight loss and tone training system combines activities and exercises that keeps your heart pumping to shed unwanted pounds and tone your body to increase your metabolic rate simultaneously.
The training system will customize to your needs and monitor your progress. You will be concurrently advised on your overall health, wellness, diet and nutritional needs by health and medical experts. An initial consultation is required to assess suitability for the programme.
• One-to-One & Remote Training
We recognize that today's individuals lead very busy lifestyles with hectic schedules. Hence, we provide the option of one-to-one training sessions and remote training programmes. For those who have a busy travel schedules or are based overseas or need a flexible schedule, we have just the training system tailored to suit your travel plans and schedules.
• Member's Group Classes
Our centers offer members group exercise classes such as pilates, yoga, fat buster, metabolic workout, medi-swiss ball, etc. to name a few. Do call or email us to check out our monthly schedule of classes.
• Training Camps
Our overseas Fifth Ray Run-Fit™ Training and Weight Loss camps are designed with your specific goals in mind. The camps will help you consolidate your focus and commitment to:

• Health and Fitness Evaluations
Our health and fitness evaluations offer individuals a better insight and understanding of their own well-being. Expert and medical (where appropriate) advice will be shared with the individuals and a series of step-by-step plan will be made for them to get their health and well-being back on the right track.
• Gait, Movement and Posture Analyses
We offer individuals detailed analysis of their gait, movement and posture when engaging in sports or daily activities. If you are constantly plagued by pain or injury or if you simply just want to perform better in your sport, this frame by frame video capture and analysis of your movements will assist you greatly.
In addition to the analyses, we will assist you through a series of systematic corrective coaching to improve your gait, movement patterns and posture.
