Many of you would have known athletes who perform very well during training sessions but 'choke' in performance when it comes to big races and/or tournaments? What happened?

You have spent months and even years of training that involves many hours of sweat, hard work, and sacrifices to get yourself physically prepared for the big race day. To perform your best when it counts depends on your mental edge and/or strength. Many elite athletes constantly re-programme their subconscious minds and use positive self-talk to stay focused and bring out the best in themselves.
