All our programmes are tailored and customized to meet individual objectives, even in our group programmes. We serve to improve the fitness and performance of individuals, and promote healthy living among individuals with busy lifestyles.

After initial consultation and assessment, a customized training programme is designed to meet your needs and objectives through our running and conditioning sessions. Our training sessions are specially designed to systemically train you to attain higher levels of fitness and performance as well as proper techniques.

Fifth Ray Running is an on-going programme which you can join at anytime. We offer three programme structures to cater to the busy lifestyle and needs of today’s individuals. We provide an elite programme for ordinary individuals!

Membership Fee:

$30 per annum (applicable at registration and at each calendar year renewal of membership). This is in addition to the programme package cost.
